Please Call For All Time Sensitive Issues

Calling is the best way to set up an appointment, approve a repair, or ask questions about your car while it’s in for service. If you need a same day answer, please use the phone.

We realize that calling can be frustrating when it’s busy, sometimes we have eight active lines and only 4 employees to answer phones, but that’s not always the case. Calls come in spurts.

If Possible, Avoid Calling at These Busy Times:

• Morning rush: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• Lunch hour: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Evening rush: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Calling during these busy periods may result in longer hold times, but we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. If you need to talk to us, call whenever you need to; it’s never a problem. You just may need to wait a little longer for your turn when it’s busy.

What If You Have an Automotive Emergency?

If you need advice for time sensitive issues like:

• Can I drive my car or should I tow it? (You should probably talk to us)

After Hours Tow-in

For after-hours towing, please refer to our after hours drop-off instructions. If a tow company has already dropped off your vehicle, ensure they included your contact information on the early-bird envelope. If not, call us when we open in at 8:00 AM.
