If your wheels have locking lug nuts, please let us know where the key is.
Double check that the phone numbers and license plate information is correct, since this is filled in automatically from the previous visit.
Please read the repair order carefully; we need your help to make sure your concerns are properly conveyed to the mechanic.
Make sure you are available when your vehicle is with us. If you are difficult to contact, the repair may be delayed.
Please understand that each mechanic has multiple cars to work on during the course of a day. If not discussed at the sign-in process, your vehicle may not be ready for pick-up until the end of the day.
Please take note of our business hours. If you cannot pick the car up by the end of the day, we will lock the vehicle indoors for the night. If our gates are locked, you should expect to pick the vehicle up the following business day. Contact us before closing time to discuss any alternate pick-up arrangements.
Vehicles dropped off after 10am may not be looked at the same day. Our morning is spent planning the rest of our day, and having the scheduled appointments signed in is necessary for planning.
If you have not heard from us by 2pm on the day of your appointment, please check in.
Any legal parking spot is OK when dropping your vehicle off. It is often easiest to park on the street and walk in.
If your fuel light is on, we will take your vehicle to the gas station and charge a 15-minute labor charge, plus the cost of fuel added. While you may have a sense of exactly how far your vehicle will go before running out of gas, we are forced to guess, and that can lead to problems.
